Bloody Mary

Krupa Grocery Bloody Mary

After doing a little shopping at Argyle Yarn Shop, I swung into Krupa Grocery in South Slope for a quick brunch. I had been there before for dinner, so I was excited to give their bunch menu a shot, as well as the Bloody Mary. The food is always nice at Krupa Grocery, but how is the Bloody? Let’s dig in.

Key Takeaways

This Bloody Mary is served in a standard pint glass with a Tajin rim. While it has a lemon slide in the glass itself, there is no other garnish with this drink. Overall the flavor was very Tajin and mild hot cause heavy. They even added enough to make it a very red color. This cost $14, so it is pretty affordable.

Overall the flavor wasn’t bad, but the hot sauce is overpowering, so it’s not much else to really notice in the mix. I’ll give credit for creativity, but it’s definitely not a favorite of mine. The next time I’m at Krupa, I’ll probably just stick with coffee/water.
